Role:
Responsible for acquiring and managing clients like RMC plants, builders, and RCC sites. Focus on generating orders and closing long-term supply contracts for sand, aggregates, fly ash, and chemicals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard RMC plants, builders, contractors
- Generate regular orders and build strong client relationships
- Close long-term supply agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution
Important:
- No pricing authority (handled by operations team)
Eligibility (Mandatory):
- 2–5 years B2B sales experience in construction / RMC / building materials
- Strong local network preferred
- Field sales experience required
Requirement:
- Ready for field work and client visits
- Hindi + Marathi preferred
