Role Overview
The Associate Director will manage a compact, high-impact recruitment team and
support hiring across contact center and clinical RCM roles. The role mirrors the
existing scope with clinical RCM hiring added as an enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned business units.
Handle contact center hiring with an added responsibility of clinical RCM
recruitment.
Manage and develop a core team of 4–5 recruiters, with flexibility to scale
as demand increases.
Drive delivery against healthcare requirements and hiring SLAs.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to forecast demand and manage
hiring plans.
Track and improve recruitment metrics including TAT, joins, quality, and
sourcing mix.
Support process improvements, governance, and best practices across hiring.
Ensure recruiter capability building and consistent performance outcomes.
Key Skills & Capabilities
Strong experience in volume and niche hiring environments.
Exposure to clinical RCM hiring preferred.
Ability to work in fast-paced, delivery-driven recruitment setups.
Hands-on leader with strong people and stakeholder management
Pay: ₹358,520.58 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
