Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills, be passionate about helping students make informed career decisions, and contribute to achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, internships, and career opportunities.
- Understand candidates' educational background and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Eligibility
- 0–1 year of experience in Admission Counselling, Education, Sales, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Walk-in Interview
Walk-in interviews are open for direct hiring.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
