We are looking for an enthusiastic, entry-level Human Resource Executive to join our People & Culture team and support our growing workforce.
Role Overview:
As an entry-level HR Executive, you will assist with the full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career professional to build a strong foundation in human resources within a dynamic IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new joiners and ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
- Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll inputs.
- Address routine employee queries and escalate as needed.
- Support HR compliance and policy implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
- 0 to 1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
