Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Account Manager, you will drive business growth by identifying strategic opportunities, delivering solutions that meet enterprise security needs, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires domain expertise, commercial acumen, and a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across target verticals.
- Identify high-potential clients and drive enterprise-level engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and understand client processes to tailor-fit solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, presales, ops) to ensure smooth deal closure
- Drive repeat business and account expansion through strategic relationship-building.
- Provide competitive insights and market feedback to strengthen VELAN’s position.
- Lead business development, networking, and regional marketing efforts.

- Strong domain experience in ELV, Fire Safety, IBMS, Access Control, and Gating Solutions.
- Track record of enterprise solution sales and long-cycle deal management.
