Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Hardware/Software Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role, you will work on low-level firmware development, microcontroller interfacing, and network application protocols using Linux. This is an ideal position for a proactive fresher with a strong academic background in Electronics, hands-on experience in Embedded C, and a solid understanding of OS and networking concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Firmware Development: Write and debug firmware using Embedded C for ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers (e.g., STM32).
- Peripheral Interfacing: Configure and test communication interfaces including UART, SPI, I2C, GPIO, and ADC.
- Linux System Programming: Develop basic client-server network applications utilizing Linux Socket Programming and multi-threading.
- Debugging & Testing: Troubleshoot and debug code using hardware debuggers (ST-LINK, GDB) and serial monitoring tools (Tera Term, Docklight).
- Network & OS implementation: Apply core OS concepts (IPC, process management) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSI layers) to product development.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Computer Science.
- Core Languages: Proficient in C and Embedded C.
- OS & Scripting: Strong understanding of Linux/Unix fundamentals, basic commands, and System Programming (LSP).
- Communication Protocols: Practical familiarity with UART, SPI, I2C, and TCP/IP, UDP basics.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with STM32CubeIDE, Keil uVision, Git, and GDB.
