Experience: 3-5 yrs
BCom / MBA with strong accounting knowledge / Financial services industry exposure.
Must have Business Analyst experience with waterfall/agile projects

should have exp in finance or investment banking, IT can be an option, to work with various stakeholders
Experience in preparing Business Requirement Document (BRD), performing QA / testing.
MBA, Master's in Finance/Accounting, or relevant graduate degree. Self-starter, problem solver and ability to work with minimal supervision.
•
Open to work in different time zones. No night shift.
Must have advanced MS 365 - Microsoft excel, power point, word skills
•
Basic understanding of Power BI / Tableau
Collaborate with finance stakeholders (Regulatory reporting, MI/CMA, Treasury, Tax) to understand business requirements
•
Document functional and non-functional requirements using industry-standard formats
•
Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
•
Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Good Communication
