5.1.3 Raw Material Verification Resin batch numbers, viscosity, gel time Fibre GSM & type (Roving/Mat/Surface Veil) Fillers, pigments, additives Certificates of Analysis (CoA) reviewed Storage conditions & shelf life verified
5.1.4 In-Process Inspection Resin mixing ratio, temp. & catalyst % Pultrusion line speed & die temperature Lay-up sequence & number of layers Visual checks for voids, cracks, delamination Dimensional checks during production Curing cycle (time/temp.)
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
