We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Project Coordinator to assist in the execution of a residential interior design project in Jodhpur Park, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling site supervision, coordinating with contractors and vendors, preparing drawings, and ensuring that work is executed as per the approved design.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify drawings in AutoCAD as required.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise day-to-day project execution.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, civil contractors, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is carried out as per design drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Source materials, obtain quotations, compare rates, and recommend suitable vendors.
- Procure materials as required and track deliveries to site.
- Maintain project progress reports and communicate updates to the design team.
- Monitor workmanship and quality standards at site.
- Assist in measurements, BOQs, and quantity verification.
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate between clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience in interior fit-out execution, site supervision, or project coordination preferred.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and vendor management.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and material sourcing.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
