Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide 2D / 3D drafting using AutoCAD software in delivering Shop Drawing (working drawing) packages for Facade/Curtain wall Projects and prepare material schedules.
- Sound knowledge of CAD design and drafting techniques, Architectural drawing reading
- Should have Industrial and Commercial projects.
- Assist in the delivery of detailed facade tender packages using Architectural tender drawing packages for facade / curtain wall projects
- Produce details of facade systems based on Architectural sketches
- Manage time to ensure production of deliverables to agreed timelines
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Need to work on Estimation, Quantity take-offs, shop drawings, manufacturing drawings as per industry standards
- To follow & upgrade design processes to ensure accurate & timely completion of projects, Manage estimated hours for tasks.
- Meet or exceed mandatory professional development guidelines, Maintain effective communication internally & externally
