Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Synapse and ADLS.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using SQL and PySpark.
- Develop and support Data Warehouse solutions and Data Modelling implementations.
- Work on Azure Synapse components including Pipelines, SQL Pools, and Spark Pools.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve pipeline performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Implement dimensional modelling techniques such as Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
- Integrate workflows using Azure Logic Apps.
- Perform SQL performance tuning, stored procedure development, and query optimization.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective data solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Warehousing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Expertise in SQL development and optimization.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and ADLS.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT architecture and best practices.
- Experience in Power BI reporting solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse design and Data Modelling concepts.
- Excellent communication skills.
