Job Summary
The Head of Sales is responsible for defining and executing the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve organizational objectives. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic planning, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans aligned with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales leadership team (managers and team leads).
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for integrated sales campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Drive innovation in sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in sales leadership and team management.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling sales teams.
