Job Title: Procurement Co-Ordinator Department: Procurement / Supply Chain Experience: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Procurement Manager / Operations Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to manage purchase order tracking, vendor coordination, invoice verification, material delivery follow-up and MIS reporting while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and vendors. Key Responsibilities Track Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries. Verify vendor invoices against POs and forward them for processing. Prepare and issue proforma invoices. Coordinate with project teams, logistics, vendors and customers. Publish daily material tracking reports and attend weekly review meetings. Handle additional procurement coordination tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in any discipline (supply chain/logistics/business is an advantage). 2–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent). Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Kannada. Strong coordination, analytical, reporting, multitasking and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
