Role Overview
Youmed Healthbridge Pvt. Ltd. is looking to onboard operationally efficient Goods Staff to manage end-to-end medicine order fulfilment. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products in alignment with daily sales orders and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily order picking as per sales invoices and system-generated picklists.
- Ensure accurate product selection based on brand name, salt composition, batch, and expiry.
- Perform packing and labeling of medicines for safe transit.
- Coordinate with billing and outbound logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Verify quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates before shipment.
- Maintain rack-to-order alignment to minimize fulfilment errors.
- Support inward stock placement and shelf organization when required.
- Adhere to pharmaceutical storage and handling protocols.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience in medicine order fulfilment within a wholesale/retail pharma setup.
- Strong working knowledge of medicine brands, generics (salts), and product categories.
- Ability to read and interpret invoices, picklists, and stock sheets.
- Physically fit to manage warehouse movement and goods handling.
- Process-oriented with high accuracy and accountability.
Compensation Structure
- Salary aligned to experience, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.
