Key Responsibilities
Academic & Training
Curriculum Development: Plan, develop, and update nursing curriculum and training modules as per INC/NMC guidelines
Classroom Teaching: Conduct lectures, demonstrations, and skill lab sessions for nursing students
Clinical Instruction: Supervise students in wards, OTs, and ICUs to ensure practical application of knowledge
Staff Training: Conduct in-service education, CNE programs, BLS/ACLS, and competency training for nursing staff
Student & Staff Development
- Assess learning needs and evaluate student/staff performance through tests, OSCE, and clinical evaluations
- Mentor and guide new nurses, interns, and junior educators
- Provide counseling and academic support to students
Administrative
- Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports
- Coordinate with HOD Nursing, Director of Academics, and other departments for training schedules
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, NABH, and regulatory body standards
- Organize workshops, seminars, and health education programs
Quality & Research
- Promote evidence-based nursing practice
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
- Guide students/staff in research projects and presentations
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
