Key Responsibilities:

Attend kickoff meetings with the marketing team and receive project files for execution.

Collaborate with design and automation teams, providing customer inputs for the next stages.

Develop and follow a comprehensive project schedule, ensuring weekly updates to customers.

Review BOM (Bill of Materials) with marketing teams and ensure timely customer approvals.

Coordinate the procurement of long-lead items within budget and project timelines.
-
Manage amendments and revisions to drawings and BOM based on customer feedback.

Oversee the fabrication, powder coating, and quality inspection of panels.
-
Monitor daily material transactions and follow up with suppliers and production teams.

Conduct QC testing, raise inspection calls, and manage customer compliance reporting.

Facilitate packing, dispatch clearance, and logistics in coordination with stores and accounts teams.

Maintain ISO 9001-2015 documentation and monitor KPIs, reporting to management monthly.

Conduct internal and customer audits, ensuring compliance and resolution of complaints.
Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.

Strong skills in project scheduling, BOM review, and supplier coordination.

Familiarity with ISO 9001-2015 standards and customer audit processes.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
