The B2B Sales BDM will be responsible for identifying, approaching, onboarding, and managing relationships with large real estate broker firms and channel partners. The candidate will own the complete sales cycle , from lead generation and business development to negotiation, partnership closure, and long-term account management.
The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, excellent sales acumen, experience in enterprise or B2B sales, and a solid understanding of the real estate ecosystem.
- Identify and connect with large real estate broker firms, channel partners, and strategic business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Drive strategic partnerships to increase business opportunities and revenue.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and business pitches with broker networks.
- Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize partnership agreements.
- Coordinate internally with operations, supply, and demand teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure partner onboarding and activation processes are completed efficiently.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence.
- Track sales performance, pipeline movement, and partnership outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, enterprise sales, or channel partnerships.
- Prior experience in real estate, proptech, channel sales, or broker network management will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage sales targets and business closures.
- Comfortable with field meetings and client interactions.
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Candidates from Tier-1 institutes will be preferred.
