- As an HR Manager in our consulting firm, you will play a dual role. You will lead our end-to-end recruitment operations to fulfill client mandates while managing internal HR functions and guiding a team of recruiters.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of permanent, temporary, and executive search mandates for multiple external clients.
- Monitor and accelerate delivery timelines from client job-intake to the final candidate offer stage.
- Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing and placement metrics for the recruitment team.
- Manage client commercial agreements, vendor management systems (VMS), and candidate offer release workflows.
