Job Role: Field Sales Manager – SYSBI Sales CRM
NOTE: Priority for Experience in the CRM Industry, Property Portal & Real Estate with technical & marketing knowledge
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Manager to promote and sell SYSBI Sales CRM & Business Suite to potential clients through in-field visits and direct interactions.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads through on-ground activities, meeting business owners, and demonstrating the benefits of SYSBI Sales CRM, including lead management, sales tracking, GPS tracking, and automation features.
The role involves identifying potential customers, explaining how SYSBI CRM can help streamline their sales process, and converting prospects into paying customers. The executive will also maintain daily visit reports, update lead details in the CRM system, and follow up with prospects to close deals.
Building strong client relationships and understanding customer business needs will be essential to position SYSBI CRM as a valuable sales management solution successfully.
Additionally, the candidate will conduct basic market research, monitor competitor CRM solutions, and share feedback to improve the company’s sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits and local market outreach
- Present and demonstrate SYSBI Sales CRM to potential clients
- Convert prospects into customers using effective sales techniques
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM records
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification of BBA or MBA
- Priority for Experience in the CRM Industry, Property Portal & Real Estate with technical & marketing knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident personality with good presentation skills
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic understanding of sales and CRM software
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
