Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Project Management
- Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and ensure completion as per schedule.
- Conduct proper pre-planning of activities to avoid delays and inefficiencies.
2. Cost Management & Estimation
- Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and material estimations.
- Monitor project costs and ensure execution within approved budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
3. Planning & Scheduling
- Develop work schedules and coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Track progress against milestones and proactively resolve execution challenges.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain accurate MIS documentation including material tracking, labour productivity, and site status updates.
- Highlight risks, delays, or deviations immediately to management.
5. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to construction quality standards.
- Identify defects or snags and ensure timely rectification.
- Maintain safety standards at site.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in residential construction projects.
- Experience working with reputed builders or organized construction companies preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quantity estimation, and cost management.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to travel across project sites.
- Flexible working approach — timing constraints should not affect project delivery.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
