We are looking for a motivated individual for the profile of Assistant Business Analyst for Amazon Shipping team who will aid in the performance tracking and deep dives to enable team to deliver high bar performance of our customers.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
a. build business intelligence to aid the performance deep dive and build scalable mechanisms to track performance across shippers and channels
b. Manage end to end data pipelines for SWA business
c. Work closely with the Operations, Sales and Account managers on establishing & streamlining reporting mechanisms
d. Create and build input and output metrics for daily/ weekly/monthly reporting of business
e. Drive productivity improvement for the team by automating all deep dives and reporting.
f. Maintain key process documents for internal and external stakeholders
About the team
Amazon shipping team is the externalization arm of Amazon transportation and Supply chain services where we offer our services to off amazon e-commerce sellers/shippers for Cx delivery of their shipments.
- 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
