Job Summary
Element 5 Expo Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Production Executive to manage and execute exhibition stalls, events, brand activations, and experiential marketing projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production planning, vendor management, fabrication, installation, site execution, and project delivery while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute exhibition stalls, trade show booths, events, retail branding, and activation projects.
- Manage end-to-end production activities from concept approval to final execution.
- Interpret design drawings and coordinate with designers, fabricators, and production teams.
- Supervise fabrication, printing, branding, carpentry, electrical, and AV production work.
- Ensure timely installation and dismantling at exhibition venues and event sites.
Vendor & Resource Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with fabrication vendors, printers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate costs and obtain competitive quotations.
- Manage vendor performance and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate manpower, logistics, transportation, and material procurement.
Site Management
- Lead on-site execution teams during exhibitions and events.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor installation progress.
- Resolve production and execution issues in real time.
- Ensure compliance with venue guidelines and safety standards.
Budget & Quality Control
- Prepare production budgets and cost estimates.
- Monitor project expenses and optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Conduct quality checks at fabrication units and event sites.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the sales, client servicing, design, and operations teams.
- Maintain project timelines, production schedules, and status reports.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress and challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Production, Event Management, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in exhibitions, events, experiential marketing, retail branding, or fabrication projects.
- Strong knowledge of exhibition stall fabrication, event production, signage, printing, carpentry, electrical works, and branding materials.
- Experience handling exhibition venues, trade shows, and large-scale event setups.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and production layouts.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project coordination tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with exhibition companies, event agencies, or experiential marketing firms.
- Knowledge of modular systems, custom-built stalls, and venue regulations.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
