About the Role
We are looking for energetic and ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing International Education team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and young professionals who are passionate about communication, sales, student engagement, and career growth.
As an SDR, you will interact with students and parents interested in studying abroad and help guide them toward the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and social media leads
* Follow up with inquiries and maintain student relationships
* Explain study abroad opportunities and upcoming events
* Schedule counselling sessions for the admissions team
* Maintain and update leads in CRM/software
* Support marketing campaigns and student engagement activities
* Work closely with the counselling and admissions team to achieve targets
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam
* Positive attitude and confidence in speaking with people
* Basic computer knowledge and social media understanding
* Passion for sales, communication, and career growth
* Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
