Job Description
Heriytage Realty is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team.
This role will primarily involve calling and communicating with potential customers. The position is largely work from home, but the candidate should be available for occasional visits to the office/site in Solapur when required.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Communicate with customers regarding real estate projects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the team regarding leads and sales activities.
- Visit the office/site in Solapur whenever required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling or real estate will be preferred.
- Candidate must be based in Solapur or nearby areas.
- Candidates from Pune or other parts of Maharashtra may also apply if they can visit Solapur when required.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently from home.
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Solapur, Maharashtra
