Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Global audit analyst MO will be responsible for performing a routine high-level audit of the orders functions, Additionally, the audit analyst MO will measure, document, ensure orders were processing correctly on GOC / MyHL system accurately and adheres to the required Service Level Agreement (SLA) turnaround time.
The audit analyst MO will identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements. Will work in partnership with Member Operations Management and GTS to resolve problems, review enhancements and submit “change requests” that involve our processes.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Audit; confirming details such as discount, address, products, MOP and adjustments.

Document the areas of opportunity that were obtained in orders.
-
Participation on automation of processes.
-
Training suggestions.
-
Escalate immediately to the Global Audit Management team any financial deficiencies and/or high-level cases.

Document audit deficiencies in the RMA / HCM – Audit Form, use of tools and applications from departments to improve representatives’ accuracy.
-
Support company and department projects from beginning to end. Review Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and remain flexible to participate in User Acceptance Testing.
WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:
Global Member Operations Department is highly audited by internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, procedures, and adherence to customer refund, orders, and records regulations. The GBS Audit team, in collaboration with the Global Audit team, will be accountable to ensure the department and company remains in compliance and reduces risk factors.

Education
