We're looking for a Website Developer with 2–3 years of experience who is passionate about building, managing, and optimizing websites. If you're someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving technical challenges, and wants to work directly with the founder, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll work on:
Website development and management using WordPress* Backend website development and maintenance* Managing GoDaddy, Hostinger, and CMS platforms* Developing and publishing new web pages and features* Plugin configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting* Website speed optimization, security, and performance improvements* Google Analytics and website performance tracking* Working directly with the founder on live digital projects
Who we're looking for:
* 2–3 years of hands-on experience in website development* Strong experience in backend development* Good knowledge of WordPress, GoDaddy, Hostinger, and CMS platforms* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP* Experience with website hosting, database management, and performance optimization* Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is an added advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
