Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
* Prepare job cards and accurately record customer complaints and service requests.
* Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
* Explain repair work, service recommendations, and estimated costs to customers.
* Keep customers informed about service progress and delivery timelines.
* Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
* Promote value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
* Maintain service records and follow company procedures and standards.
* Achieve service-related targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualification:
* Degree / Diploma in any discipline (Automobile background preferred).
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Skills Required:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer handling and relationship management skills.
* Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle servicing.
