Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B Industrial Sales and Business Development.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial customer acquisition, sales strategy execution, key account management, and driving revenue growth within sectors such as Industrial Automation, Capital Equipment, Packaging Machinery, Manufacturing Equipment, or related industrial products.
This role is ideal for professionals who can independently manage the sales cycle, build strong customer relationships, and deliver consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and acquire new industrial customers
- Identify sales opportunities and expand market presence
- Conduct customer meetings, industrial visits, and product presentations
- Generate sales orders and achieve revenue and business targets
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales activities and customer lifecycle
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and service teams for smooth project execution
- Follow up on payments and maintain healthy customer relationships
- Build and manage key accounts for long-term business growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in B2B Sales and Business Development
- Hands-on experience in Industrial Product or Machinery Sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Customer relationship and account management capabilities
- Strong commercial understanding and target-driven approach
- Ability to independently manage sales closures
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and client visits
