About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Embryologist to join our growing fertility team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in assisted reproductive technologies (ART), with demonstrated expertise in ExE (Embryo Evaluation/Embryology Excellence) practices and advanced laboratory procedures. This role requires a strong commitment to clinical excellence, quality assurance, and patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee routine embryology laboratory procedures, including:
- Oocyte identification and handling
- Sperm preparation
- Conventional IVF and ICSI
- Embryo culture and grading
- Blastocyst culture
- Embryo biopsy (preferred)
- Embryo vitrification and warming
- Oocyte and sperm cryopreservation
- Apply ExE protocols and best practices to optimise embryo assessment and laboratory outcomes.
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards..
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Clinical Embryology, Reproductive Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience with ExE methodologies/protocols.
