Part-Time Recruiter ( WFH )
Experience: Minimum 6 months recruitment experience required
Candidate Data: Own candidate database
Hiring Locations: Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Haryana and Jaipur
Hiring Process: Customer Support and Sales hiring
Timing: No fixed timing
Job Responsibilities
● Source candidates for various roles.
● Work on bulk hiring requirements for multiple locations.
● Call candidates and explain job role, salary, location and process details.
● Screen candidates based on communication, experience, location and availability.
● Share interested and suitable candidates with the internal hiring team.
● Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
● Maintain candidate data and daily follow-up updates.
● Support hiring for excellent, mid-level and average communication roles.
Requirements
● Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience is mandatory.
● Must have own candidate data, database or recruitment network.
● Customer Support, Sales, BPO, Voice Process or Bulk Hiring experience preferred.
● Must be comfortable with calling, screening and follow-ups.
● Minimum 5 successful joining are expected to qualify for long-term recruiter support.
● Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge preferred.
Data Support
Recruiters must initially work with their own candidate data. Company-provided data may be shared after good performance, consistent quality submissions or successful joining closures.
