We are hiring an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, with a primary focus on hiring Tech Sales professionals for the IT Networking industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Channel Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical Support roles.
- Source and screen candidates from IT Networking, ISP, Enterprise IT, and Telecom industries.
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support HR MIS, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience hiring for IT Networking or Tech Sales roles.
- Understanding of Networking OEMs, ISP/WISP ecosystem, Enterprise IT, and Channel Sales.
- Graduate required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
Location: Noida
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
