We are looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Executives (Part-Time and Full-Time) based in or around Karunagappally to join our growing team, expand our client base, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively connect with prospective clients (homeowners, office owners, builders, and architects) in and around Kollam.
- Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, present design concepts/portfolios, and coordinate with our design team to provide quotes.
- Sales & Follow-ups: Maintain an organized pipeline, follow up on inquiries, conduct consultation meetings, and close sales.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their project lifecycle to ensure high satisfaction and drive referrals.
Requirements
- Prior sales, client handling, or business development experience (experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or home decor products is a strong plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam (English proficiency is an added advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to convert leads into sales.
- Candidates living in or near Karunagappally / Kollam preferred.
