MIS EXECUTIVE
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, maintain, and analyze business data across various departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation. The role requires accuracy, time management, and the ability to provide meaningful insights that support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
- Maintain and update operational, sales, HR, inventory, and financial data.
- Generate accurate reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Create dashboards, charts, and performance reports for management.
- Collect data from different departments and ensure data accuracy.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Track KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Verify data quality and eliminate discrepancies.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Accounts, and Store teams for report submissions.
- Maintain confidential company data securely.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis whenever required.
- Automate repetitive reports wherever possible.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, or Operations.
- Experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, FMCG, or multi-location businesses will be preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP/Tally/POS software will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI will be preferred.
