Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to oversee multiple apparel retail stores, drive sales growth, ensure operational excellence, and lead store teams. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in multi-store management, and be willing to travel frequently across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Manage and monitor the performance of multiple apparel retail stores.
· Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence and compliance with company SOPs.
· Train, coach, and motivate Store Managers and sales teams to improve productivity.
· Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards across all stores.
· Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, shrinkage, and visual merchandising.
· Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
· Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams for smooth business operations.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
· Travel extensively across assigned locations for store audits, business reviews, and team meetings.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Zirakpur, Punjab (Zirakpur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
