Role Summary
Build and manage relationships with members, guests, partners, and the community while driving engagement, events, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage member and guest relationships.
- Organize events, workshops, tournaments, and community activities.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, corporates, and influencers.
- Coordinate community communication through WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Work closely with Operations, CRM, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Track engagement, memberships, and event participation.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Community Management, CRM, Hospitality, Events, or Customer Service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and event coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
