- Understanding, formulating, building and maintaining the technical modules (process, procedures and implementation) for current and future Testing and Certification Services, Codes and Standards for Glass, Glazing Systems and its associated materials
- Monitoring and Operating the Testing and Certification Services Programme
- Coordinating with Builders / Developers / Architects / Corporates for getting testing of Glass, Glazing Systems and its associated materials
- Coordination with the Testing facilities, providing technical support and working on continuous improvements and advancements of the current and new testing facilities
- Monitoring, Operating and continuous improvements on the GSI Website (both technical and non-technical inputs and data)
- Networking and Interacting with the Industry (members and non-members) and Academia on the Technical Aspects of Glass, Glazing Systems and its associated materials and working with them for creating a Safe and Energy Efficient Buildings in India
- Continuous technical improvements in the existing system for the betterment of the building industry and thereby working towards the development of the organization.
- Supporting and Organizing events, conferences, technical workshops and training programs
- Representing GSI in the Technical Forums related to Glass, Glazing Systems and its associated materials
