Order & Operations Management
Process and monitor e-commerce orders from placement to delivery.
Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse teams for timely dispatches.
Manage Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases, including investigation, customer follow-up, and resolution.
Ensure order accuracy and maintain operational records.
Shopify & Website Management
Create, update, and manage product listings on Shopify.
Maintain product information, descriptions, pricing, inventory status, and collections.
Execute website updates, promotional campaigns, and discount configurations.
Monitor website content and ensure accurate product data at all times.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
