Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of color sorter machines. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Experience:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in servicing industrial equipment (experience in color sorter machines preferred)
CTC:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Commissioning
- Install and commission color sorter machines at customer sites
- Ensure proper setup, calibration, and smooth operation of equipment
2. Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Minimize downtime through quick and effective problem-solving
3. Customer Service & Maintenance
- Conduct regular service visits and preventive maintenance
- Handle customer queries and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
- Good communication and customer-handling ability
- Willingness to travel for field service
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with color sorter machines or similar industrial equipment
- Knowledge of sensors, cameras, and automation systems
