Job Responsibilities:
Leading a team of 3-4 content writers.
Editing & writing crisp copy on topics such as fashion, travel, lifestyle, gadgets, culture, holidays etc.
Working in co-ordination with the entire editing team.
Training and motivating team members on a regular basis.
Developing site maps, navigational rules etc.
Coming up with new and innovative concepts and ideas.
Desired Profile:
Graduate, preferably in English Literature/ Journalism or Mass Communication.
Strong editing/proofreading/copywriting skills.
Excellent command over spoken and written English, especially a strong grammatical base.
Basic knowledge of Internet and search engines.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SEO, mainly in context of keywords.
Strong organization, time management and problem solving skills.
Should have a positive attitude and ability to guide and motivate team members.
Experience: 2-4 Years
