Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our medical equipment business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding our presence in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, healthcare institutions, and distributors.
- Promote and sell medical equipment and healthcare solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical equipment or healthcare products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Hindi is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
