Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supermarket. The candidate will manage staff, monitor inventory, ensure smooth store operations, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day supermarket operations
- Supervise staff including billing operators and data entry operators
- Monitor inventory and coordinate product stock updates
- Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock purchases
- Ensure billing and cash handling procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree
- Previous experience in supermarket or retail management preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel)
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and store operations effectively
