Job Description – QC Manager (HPLC & GC Expertise)
Position: QC Manager
Experience: 8–15 Years
Industry: Pharma
Location: Khanna
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall Quality Control operations in the pharmaceutical plant.
- Handle analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
- Operate and supervise analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and dissolution apparatus.
- Review analytical reports, specifications, STPs, and validation documents.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, WHO-GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle method validation, method transfer, calibration, and troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, and Regulatory teams for smooth quality operations.
- Manage OOS, OOT, deviations, investigations, and CAPA activities.
- Prepare and review SOPs, protocols, and quality documentation.
- Lead and train QC team members and ensure laboratory compliance during audits.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in HPLC and GC analysis.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems and laboratory practices.
- Experience in handling regulatory audits and documentation.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data integrity and laboratory compliance requirements.
Qualification:
- M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm or relevant qualification.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
