Job Title: AC Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning systems and HVAC equipment. The candidate should have hands-on technical expertise in diagnosing faults, preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth functioning of cooling systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems (Split AC, Window AC, Centralized AC, VRV/VRF systems, etc.)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in AC systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Repair and replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, filters, and wiring.
- Monitor gas charging, leakage testing, and refrigerant handling.
- Maintain service records and daily maintenance logs.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for major repairs if required.
- Attend breakdown complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in AC maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and refrigeration principles.
- Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and maintenance practices.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Salary: As per industry standards / company
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
