Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Communicative English Trainer located in Kozhikode. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging English communication training sessions. Duties include creating lesson plans, conducting group and individual coaching, assessing progress, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role also involves tailoring instructional materials to meet varying learner levels and actively participating in program evaluations to improve training effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong command of Communicative English, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency
- Experience in teaching, training, or coaching, particularly in English language development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive learning environment
- Adaptability to tailor training strategies to suit diverse learner needs and skill levels
- Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and digital learning tools is a plus
- Master's degree in English required
- Prior experience in a similar role or in educational institutions preferred
- Basic Computer Knowledge Required
