Job Summary
We are hiring a proactive Telecaller Executive to engage with prospective students and customers, generate qualified leads, and support the admissions process. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students/customers through outbound calls
- Explain courses, programs, and services in a professional manner
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads
- Schedule appointments for academic counselors
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
- Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Plus Two / Degree qualification
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer proficiency
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
