Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with 0–2 years of experience to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi And Marathi .
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email platforms, etc.).
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening skills and empathy toward customers.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
