Job Summary
The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with office errands, handling refreshments, and supporting daily administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies as required.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms before meetings.
- Monitor and replenish pantry and office stationery supplies.
- Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
- Receive and guide visitors courteously.
- Ensure office equipment and furniture are arranged properly.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Job Summary
The Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with payroll processing and statutory filings (GST, TDS, PF, etc., as applicable).
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (freshers may be considered for junior roles).
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong MS Excel and computer skills.
