Sales Trainer
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Trainer to support the growth and performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, coaching, call quality monitoring, and hiring support to ensure continuous team development and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and sales training programs
- Provide call coaching and performance feedback
- Audit sales calls and maintain quality standards
- Identify training needs and improve team performance
- Prepare training materials and sales scripts
- Conduct mock calls and role-play sessions
- Handle interviews for sales hiring
- Coordinate with operations and management teams
- Track trainee progress and training reports
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and company standards
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
- Ability to analyze calls and provide actionable feedback
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in sales training, telesales, or BPO operations preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
