We are looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Mother Teacher who can create a nurturing and joyful learning environment for our little learners. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and skilled in handling young children with patience and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities (stories, rhymes, play-based learning)
- Focus on holistic development – social, emotional, physical, and cognitive
- Maintain daily classroom routines and discipline in a positive manner
- Communicate regularly with parents about child progress
- Prepare teaching aids and classroom displays
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and well-being of children
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate with ECCE / Montessori Training preferred
- Prior experience in pre-primary teaching is an advantage
- Excellent ENGLISH communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative, patient, and energetic personality
- Strong classroom management skills
