Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive Facility Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety, and operational efficiency of our resort. This role ensures a seamless, clean, and premium experience for all guests while maintaining high standards of infrastructure and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
· General Public Areas
Ensure all guest-facing areas are clean, functional, and maintained to premium standards
· Civil & Infrastructure
Oversee repairs, fabrication, civil works, and overall infrastructure upkeep
· STP & Utilities
Manage STP, water systems, plumbing, pumps, and essential utilities
· EHS & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory regulations
· Cleaning & Housekeeping
Maintain hygiene standards through effective housekeeping management
· Event Support
Ensure facility readiness and team coordination for seamless event execution
· Vendor Management
Manage contractors, service quality, and cost efficiency
· Budget & Cost Control
Monitor expenses, optimize costs, and ensure budget adherence
· Team Management
Lead facility and housekeeping teams with focus on discipline and performance
· Inventory & Procurement
Ensure availability of tools, consumables, and efficient procurement
· Preventive Maintenance
Implement maintenance schedules and maintain documentation
· Sustainability
Drive initiatives for energy, water, and waste reduction.

· On-time completion of maintenance and civil works
· Event support efficiency rate
· Budget vs. actual utilization
· Inventory accuracy and procurement turnaround

Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in facility management (hospitality preferred)
· Strong knowledge of civil, utilities, and maintenance operations
· Proven ability to manage teams and vendors

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
